Biography:
Takuya is still as hard-headed and hot-headed as ever. He's still an act before you think person, although he's getting better at it. He still loves his soccer. The only event in the past 7 years that is of importance was his coming out 2 years ago...although, he was more forced out of the closet. His dad found a school note and almost kicked Takuya out. This outburst from his dad made his mom and dad divorce. Him and Shinya now live with their mom...in the same house they've always lived in. Takuya always says he's fine without his dad, but he does have days where he's down...and whether he'll admit it or not, it's because he misses his dad. (The night of the note being found is the RP example.)
Role play example:
Takuya was on his bed, doing his homework like he did every night. The TV in front of him was on but the volume was turned down really low so he wouldn’t pay too much attention to it. He heard footsteps go quickly past his room…they were kinda light. Must’ve been Shinya. He was running to his room…why he was running, Takuya had no idea. He was sure he’d hear something about it in a minute. He focused his attention back to his homework.
Not even a minute later, he heard his dad calling him. “Takuya! Takuya! Takuya Kanbara, get your ass down here!” He wasn’t happy, that was obvious. Takuya didn’t even know what he did wrong. He sighed, tossing his textbook to the side, and made his way out of the room. Going downstairs, he could see a little into the living room. He saw his school stuff thrown all over the room. He’d taken only the textbook he’d needed upstairs, the rest of his stuff remained downstairs by the door. His mistake. Takuya walked into the living room where his dad was waiting, looking pissed.
“What’s up, Dad?” Takuya hesitated to ask as he entered the room. “What’s up? What’s up?!” Mr. Kanbara yelled, turning to his son, his face red with rage. Takuya staggered back a little but then held his ground. He still had no idea what he’d done wrong. “What the hell is this?!” He said, holding a piece of paper just in front of Takuya’s face. He reached up a hand and took the paper from the man. After reading just a couple words, his eyes grew wide. He knew exactly what this was, it was a note he’d written to Kouji…but didn’t give to him because Kouji had missed school the day before. “W-where did you get this?” Takuya muttered, finding himself barely able to speak. He was in shock. He didn’t know how his dad found this letter…he was more afraid of how his dad was reacting to it.
Takuya had only told his friends and brother about being gay. His parents and other relatives didn’t need to know just yet. But it seems the secret is out…to his dad at least.
“What does it matter, you little faggot?!” He sneered. Takuya backed up another step, quickly losing his will to stay. He turned around and tried to run back upstairs to his room but his dad grabbed his and pulled him back. “You’re not going anywhere, son.” Mr. Kanbara said, an evil grin on his face. He turned Takuya back around so that he was facing him only to punch him right in the jaw. The teen staggered back and fell over by the stairs. Quickly realizing his dad had just made his escape easier, he jumped to his feet and ran upstairs. “Get back here you little queer!” His dad started after, but he was too late. Takuya made it to his room and locked the door.
Before his dad even made it to the door, he had a bag on his bed and started throwing clothes in it. He didn’t really pay attention to what he packed, he just threw whatever was on top into the bag. He heard his dad beat on the door then let out a grunt. A few seconds later, he heard heavy footsteps heading back downstairs. “Probably going to get a screwdriver to pry open my door“ Takuya thought as he finished gathering his clothes. He grabbed his phone, threw the bag over his shoulder, and went to peer out the door. He saw noone so made a quick break for the front door.
He burst through the front door, slamming it behind him. He ran around the block and down the road a little ways just to make sure it’d be hard to follow him. He got a call on his cell phone; it was Shinya, he sounded like he was crying. “I’m sorry, Takuya! It’s all my fault!” Shinya managed to say between sobs. Takuya let a soft smile appear on his face as he slowed his walk to talk to his brother. He was about to start crying himself. “It’s okay, Shinya. I don’t blame you. I’ll be fine. And I’m sure once mom gets home, I’ll be able to talk to her. She’s always been the reasonable one. Don’t worry, little buddy. Everything’ll be fine. I promise.” Shinya’s sobbing finally quieted down. The other end of the line remained silent for a couple minutes. “Alright, Takky. I hope you’re right.” They both remained silent for another minute. “I envy you, Takuya. At least you don’t have to stay here with him. I hear dad cussing up a storm downstairs.” They both laughed a little. Takuya’s face went completely serious, “Just stay safe, Shinya. Please. Gay or not, he may take his rage out on you. Lock your door and try not to make him any angrier.” “Okay, Takuya. But…where will you go? You’re the one I’m worried about here.” “Don’t worry Shinya. I have a place in mind. I’ll call you later tonight if everything works out, alright?” “Alright, Takky. I’ll talk to ya later.” They both hung up the phone. Takuya paused his walk for a moment, taking a second to gather his thoughts.
After his short pause, he started walking again. A destination set clearly in his mind. He just hoped it’d be alright.
Omg...tl'dr. Just accept me~
