Character information
Name: Tohma/Thomas Norstein.
Season: Savers.
Species: Human.
Biography:
A few years after DATS was closed, Tohma was able to find a cure to his sister Relena's disease. He chose to have a permanent residence in Japan, instead of returning to Austria and he now lives in one of the Japanese based mansions. After a while, near perfecting the Digital Dive, Tohma went to the Digital World and returned with his Digimon partner Gaomon who agreed to stay with him. He still continues to finish all the left over paperwork that was from DATS.
The relationship between Tohma and his father isn't perfect, but it has definitely improved, despite the fact that they hardly speak anymore and despite his grandmother's will, he has been dubbed the next heir to the Norstein family ahead of Relena as they both only carry half-Norstein blood.
Role play example:
The rays of golden sunlight which were seeping through the gaps of blue silk curtains began to slowly nudge Tohma from his slumber. Groaning slightly, he forced himself upright. Another night with barely any sleep. He made made a mental note to prescribe himself another batch of sleeping pills. After dressing and going through his morning routine, Tohma sat himself down behind his desk and booted up his computer. It wasn't like Tohma didn't like his life; he did. Everything was just becoming so mundane, and the words that the bio-hybrid Nanami had spoken to him so long ago still echoed in his mind: when you're a genius, everything becomes boring.
There was a knock on his door, and a few seconds later, the figure of Gaomon stood in the doorway. Tohma gave a small smile and mumbled the words "thank you" as the blue wolf placed a tray with a cup of tea expertly balanced on it. Tohma had been absentmindedly skimming through another medical report that showed new data about his seemingly miraculous cure for Relena's disease. He gave up half way, realizing that he would be reading something that he already knew himself. His eyes had begun to glaze over from the un-shed tears that had formed from the multiple times he had been yawning.
"Didn't sleep well again?" Gaomon asked, dropping its boxing-gloved arms to its side, gazing up at the blonde with slight concern. Tohma sighed and shook his head.
Suddenly there was a beeping sound of alert coming from his computer. Making a small noise in the back of his throat, Tohma lazily allowed his eyes to drift towards the screen. Lifting his head from where he held his face in his hand, Tohma opened the pop-up message. Crystalline-blue eyes quickly scanned the writing and widened slightly when he was finished.
"What is it, master?" Gaomon asked, walking silently around the desk so that it could also see.
"Masaru's coming back," he said quietly, his voice quite entranced, eyes still glued to the screen, reading the text over and over again.
