Character information
Name: Masaru Daimon / Marcus Damon
Season: Savers
Species: human
Biography:
After deciding to stay in the Digital World, Masaru had a lot to do over the next couple of years. He helped with the rebuilding as much as he could, while he also had to ensure his own place in the Digital World. Even though many Digimon accepted his help gladly, there were also those who didn’t trust him. But with Agumon by his side, it was nothing Masaru couldn’t overcome. With everything peaceful again, he spent most of his time fighting other Digimon together with his partner.
Personality-wise, Masaru didn’t change much. He might be a little calmer than before, but that doesn’t mean that he is no longer the first to dive head-in into trouble or that he wouldn’t throw the first punch. He’s still the usual short-tempered hot-blood and the first to start a fight; the main difference is that he got older.
Role play example:
Sitting on a small hill, Masaru had a good view over the green plains he was currently at. A soft breeze swept through the short grass, bending it playfully from side to side. The sun was setting; another day passing by.
It was boring. Without Agumon by his side, he was sure that he’d be dead by now. But not because of all the fights he liked to start now and then, it was rather that the boredom would have killed him. Here in the Digital World, things were different. He couldn’t just go to the arcade when he was bored and he couldn’t just open the fridge when he was hungry. Both were experiences he had to learn over the last years, not that he minded. He liked the fights here; they were fun and way better than in the human world. But that was just natural, he guessed. Humans were weaker after all.
Still, something was missing.
“Aniki, I’m hungry~~” Agumon whined behind him. It made the brunette chuckle. Right, thinking didn’t fit him! He really should leave that to other people who were better at it. Like Tohma. Yeah, he’d be more the kind of person who’d spend his time thinking about way too complicated crap. “Aniki~!”
“Alright, alright!” Masaru grinned and stood up slowly. “Let’s find something to eat.”
For the last time, he let his gaze wander over his surroundings. He liked the Digital World and everything it offered, but it wasn’t enough anymore. Maybe when one world wasn’t enough, he just needed a second one? He kinda liked that thought.
Still grinning, he turned around and faced his partner. The yellow digimon looked up at him with a questioning expression.
“Say, Agumon… Wanna visit the others?” Masaru was curious and started to walk while he spoke, so the digimon had to catch up to him.
“You mean, we’re going back to the human world?” Looking almost thoughtful, Agumon fell silent. But his silence didn’t last long. Almost instantly, white teeth flashed with a grin of the dinosaur who threw his arms happily into the air. “Yay, we can eat Sayuri’s food again~! I missed her tamagoyaki…”
Masaru nodded in agreement. His grin only grew in excitement, glad that his follower liked the idea.
“Good! Let’s make sure to surprise them all, shall we?” he laughed, having a mischievous glint in his olive-green eyes. He couldn’t wait to see their faces, when they’d meet him - the great Masaru-sama in person - again!
ooc: I tried to make it somewhat fit with Tohma's role play example. I hope that's alright. :3
