Character information
Name: Takeru Takaishi
Season: Digimon Adventure + Season 02
Species: Human
Biography:
Life has been kind to Takeru for the past few years. The digital world had been saved, and Takeru along with the other digidestined began to settle into a more normal lifestyle.
Well…as normal as life could be for a digidestined, anyway.
With an increase in age comes a new sense of maturity for Takeru. He has grown to be more and more responsible and caring towards his loved ones. The terrifying experience of losing Patamon still haunts him from time to time, but Takeru has chosen to use that memory as a reminder to appreciate the happiness that now surrounds him.
Takeru is very grateful that his wonderful digimon remains by his side even today. Still, one never knows just what might come up- living in such an interesting world such as this!
With that in mind, Takeru had signed up for martial arts- vowing to strengthen his body and spirit and protect his friends should anything come up.
More serious aspects aside, Takeru remains as hopeful and cheerful as the boy he had always been. Basketball had always been fun, and Takeru plans to play in the college basketball team. With college to look forward to and an increasing recent interest in writing, Takeru is optimistic of the future that is to come.
…Except for, a recent fluttering of his stomach lately. Who knew that girls can sometimes make you so nervous?
Role play example:
There was a strange smell that entered his nose the moment he opened the door, and Takeru brought his hand up slightly as he tried to register the scent. The lights shined dimly from the low ceiling, and as Takeru walked down the hall he could see miscellaneous notes and paper glued on the walls.
A particularly dirty looking sock was on the floor in front of him, and Takeru fought back the urge to wince. Having spent years under the care of his mother (rather than his father), Takeru had always been trained for organization and cleanliness.
Man, college dorms can be a new experience altogether.
Ever hopeful, however, a smile grew on his face as Takeru continued onwards in search of his room. A couple of guys nearby were carrying their laundry out as he passed by, and Takeru waved, quickly introducing himself before taking leave. After a short friendly chatter, he bid goodbye to his new neighbors, and fumbled to find his key. The door to his room opened with a small squeaking sound, and Takeru walked in to examine his new home.
The room was not large, but it had a small kitchenette and a shower/toilet area that was blocked off from the sleeping area. For those conveniences, Takeru was glad. He whistled merrily as he looked over the twin-sized bed. A small desk stood at the side, on which Takeru set his green backpack.
His room was on the third floor, but moving in shouldn’t be too hard, he thought. Despite the fact that his mother was too busy to help, Takeru didn’t really have many belongings on him. With a nod to himself, Takeru decided that he’d move everything in immediately.
With a quick look outside the window before closing the door behind him, Takeru wandered out once again to fetch the rest of his things.
With a smile, Takeru exited the dorm, wondering slightly if Patamon would enjoy it here.
