So…uhm. I’ve been on quite a few rps, and since each of them have their own thing I’m just wondering how it would work here.
The question I have is this:
Let’s just say that character X is doing role play in a particular location/thread. Is he/she allowed to also role play in another thread at the same time?
Example: X is at the park with his digidestined friends at noon. Said friends haven’t been online to continue the role play. X decides to move to another thread, in which X is in the digital world.
Confusing, yes? Since there is only one X, he cannot be physically at two places at the same time. But this is exactly what he’s doing because he hasn’t moved on from the first thread yet, according to his role play.
Is there any rule on this?
Methinks there should be some sort of designation. Like…at noon X was at the park, but in the evening he traveled to the digital world.

It does say in the rules to specify what time your character is participating in that thread. You need to be putting at the top of your thread:
Characters: Time: Location:

I'm sorry, I just want to be a bit clearer on this.
I know that the rule says to specify the time. But that's only a specification.
Does that also mean that if two people coincidentally have two open threads that occur at the same/close time interval, we are not allowed to join both?
Also, if the events in thread #1 hadn't been complete, can we still join a second thread (that involves a later time period)...even if that means we'd be traveling through time should we come back to thread #1 to finish the rp in it?
Forgive me if I sound like I'm nitpicking. If this is a trivial matter here that shouldn't be worried about then I'll just drop it? Just thought I'd check to be sure first though.

I'd say...you can be involved in 2 threads as long as they're...say...an hour apart.
The earlier thread doesn't need to be finished for you to join another.
It's bound to happen that your RP partner might not be on to reply right at that second, so to make things more...active for you, you're allowed to join another.
We want to keep you guys active~ Can't do that if we limit you too much. Haha. x]

Yeah, just as long as your character isn't in two places at the exact same time, you can join any open thread you want!
